Automation is great but we like to do this part manually 😉 A real website inspection on a weekly basis.
Weekly plugins & WP core updates
We never do automated plugin updates – because we know how it works 🙂 All updates are done manually, and website is being inspected after plugin updates. If a plugin update breaks your website we know how to fix it fast.
Direct WhatsApp contact
Fast responses in case of urgency – if your website is down, we will work on fixing it ASAP. Even on weekends. We work with limited number of clients and we will pick up your call almost any time of the day.
1 hour of any kind of website related work
Alongside backups, updates and weekly checks, you get one free hour of any kind of work related to your website included. If you need it done as 1 on 1 call, we will be happily do that.

Upon enrolling your website we will usually spend a couple of hours to create a full assesment of the current state of your website and let you know what we think about it. We like communication so we are happy to do this together with you on a Zoom call.

Yes, we can work on adding new content, features, redesigning your website or anything else related. We give you one hour of such work per month included and then for additional hours we charge additional hourly rate.
Yes we offer teaching, consulting, explainer Zoom sessions where we can show you how the things are done and we can even do fixes on the website together with you, on the session.
Yes, we will provide direct WhatsApp contact number and we will pick up your calls almost any time of the day. We are in the CET timezone, however we try to respond extremely fast to urgent calls, any time of the day.
Yes, we have several e-commerce websites that are already using our service and we can work with WooCommerce websites as well.
Yes we can help you with moving your website to a different webhosting with 0 downtime and we can also consult you regarding which webhosting would be the best for your website. We don't offer webhosting services ourselves though.
Yes for smaller personal websites we can give a better pricing as well as for multiple websites.
If you feel like you don't need our service anymore we will provide you with full support regarding cancelling and we can also work on providing explainer documentation regarding how the things are done on your website.
